Ballot: Voting will take place in person. Balloting will not start until the day of the meeting.

A Special Meeting for Point Noble Homeowners Association has been scheduled for Monday, October 7, 2024. The Meeting will be held in person at Fire Station No 2. located at 4401 Shiloh Road, Flower Mound, TX 75022. In accordance with Section 22.155 of the Texas Business Organizations Code, this meeting has been called upon the written request of members having at least one-tenth of the votes entitled to be cast at the meeting.

In accordance with Section 22.156 of the Texas Business Organizations Code, the purposes for which the members requested the Special Meeting is as follows: “for the purposes of holding votes at the special meeting to remove each incumbent Director on the Association’s Board of Directors and to fill any vacancies whether created by such removal, by resignation, by expiration of any time or any other cause.”
