  1. Board Meeting in Executive Session

    Event Starts: November 25, 2024

    9:00am

    The Community will be holding it’s next board meeting for on November 25th, 2024 at 9:00 AM. This meeting will be held after the Special Meeting at 8 am, at Fire Station No 2. located at 4401 Shiloh Road, Flower Mound, TX 75022.

    During the meeting, the Board will discussing the Adoption of an Amended set of Bylaws for the Community.

    If you have something that you would like the Board to speak on during the meeting, please let me know, and I will have it on the agenda for the meeting.

    We hope to see everyone there.

  2. Annual Meeting

    Event Starts: December 02, 2024

    7:00 pm

    In accordance with Article 2, Section 2.9 of the Bylaws for Point Noble Homeowners Association, Inc., you are hereby given notice that the Annual Homeowners Meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 2, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. This meeting will take place Flower Mound Fire Station No 2. located at 4401 Shiloh Road, Flower Mound, TX 75022.

    If you are not able to attend in person, you can dial into the meeting by dialing 1-872-240-3311 and entering Access Code 572-365-069

    If you are interested in running for a position on the Board of Directors, please complete the attached Candidacy form and email to the Community Manager at Dale@legacysouthwesstpm.com

    This meeting will need to meet the quorum requirement of 67% (43 members). If a quorum is not present in person, then the meeting will be reconvened with a quorum requirement of 45% (29 members). If quorum is still not present the meeting will reconvene with a quorum requirement of 30% (20 members).
